ABOUT
I am a fully insured personal property appraiser and researcher based in New York specializing in fine art. In September 2017, I was awarded the national emerging appraiser scholarship from The Decorative Arts Trust and the Foundation for Appraisal Education.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University, Garden City in Art History and International Studies as well as a Master's degree from Christie's Education, New York in the History of Art & the Art Market: Modern & Contemporary Art. I have received my Certificate in the Appraisal of Fine & Decorative Art from New York University and I am an Associate Member of the Appraisers Association of America.
I am in the top 5% of personal property appraisers who have taken and passed USPAP. USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) is the United States government standard for appraisal practice.
My initial approach to an appraisal is from a non-biased, scholarly perspective. The resulting report will be accurate, thoroughly researched, and affordable.
